Hassle-Free Exchange Policy

At Quick Joe's Delivery we proudly stand behind all of the brands that we carry. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll send out a fresh replacement as soon as possible at no additional cost. If the same product is unavailable, we will provide a comparable replacement. Simply return the original item to your delivery driver when your replacement product arrives.

Defective or damaged products are eligible for exchange if they meet the following conditions:

  • Illinois customers may exchange eligible products within seven (7) days of your original purchase.

  • Product must be in new condition.

  • Product cannot be returned if damage is a result of misuse.
